On the 25th of October Dot God ventured out on it's first big social event at Doncaster Bowl - 11 people attended and much fun was had! A colourful crown was worn by the communications officer so that people who did not know anyone in the group could easily find us.
The group had two lanes and while we weren't expert bowlers we had a great fun. The owners of Doncaster Bowl held various competitons where people could win a free game if they scored a strike. They also held competitions which you could win free tickets if you identified a song. The grand prise of ten tickets was won by one of the Dot God party - you can hear the song bellow (through the You Tube link). The manager of the bowl believed his ten tickets would be safe as he thought that no one would know a popular German childrens song. How wrong he was.

We ended the evening at about ten o'clock and the ten free tickets were donated back to the Dot God group so that they could have another event.
